Zack is running to stop the steady rise in property taxes that are straining middle-class families and those on fixed incomes, especially as Vineyard now has the highest property tax rate in Utah County. He believes in restoring fiscal responsibility by building strong reserves, ending wasteful spending, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are used only for projects that truly serve the public good. Above all, Zack is committed to returning city government to its proper order where elected leaders represent the people’s will and city staff carry out those priorities.For Zack, this is about responsible stewardship, common sense, and giving power back to the residents of Vineyard.

Jacob Wood
For City Council

Jacob Wood is running to end the parking crisis, stop rising taxes, and make the city affordable for families and young people. He believes new developments must serve the people not strain them. Jacob supports limited government, responsible spending, and protecting the Utah Lake and environment that makes Vineyard such a special place to live.For Jacob, this race is about restoring trust, putting families first, and making sure government listens to the people not just special interests.

For City Council
